I hope you all had a safe and wonderful Memorial Day weekend!  It was so nice to have a short vacation before my move starts.  I spent the holiday at the lake with Will's {my BF's} family, and we had such a blast!  I am so thankful I was able to spend the weekend with them.
Will and I made it back to Fayetteville last night, just in time for a date night at our favorite sushi restaurant. {He is helping me pack the next few days...such a sweetie:)}
It was a super sticky and humid night up in NWA, so breezy shorts and a sleeveless tie-up top were a no brainer for an impromptu dinner date.

A spring trend I'm loving right now is watercolor prints.  Soft, feminine, and artistic--They are nothing short of lovely.

LOVE THIS SHIFT. I've had my eye on it for a couple weeks now.

How yummy are these? The muted tones are subtle and would go great with a simple tank or graphic tee.

What a dreamy trend.

Wishing you a blessed Wednesday, and please continue to pray for those affected by the devastating tornado in Moore, Oklahoma.

We got this lovely little number in the store on Wednesday.  I have been thinking about it ever since the owner and I picked it out at our appointment with Ladakh.  I love the peter-pan collar, the vibrant color, the studded embellishment, AND the back. {which I forgot to get a picture of!  SORRY!  Don't worry, I'm sure I'll be wearing it again;)}

 I am such a sucker for polka dots and Seychelles Footwear. So naturally, I fell in love with these newbies at work.  Seychelles is my absolute favorite shoe brand.  They have a knack for taking a classic, vintage inspired style and making it new again.  Oh, and they are THE most comfortable shoe.  I always want to wear my Seychelles over most of the other shoe brands in my closet.

On my 5'3 frame, I had to synch the dress with a skinny belt.  Otherwise, I may look like I was wearing a tent:).

Happy Monday Lovely Ladies!

This was my first visit to Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art.
 I can't believe I had not been before now, considering museums + art are two of my favorite things.  I have made plans to go a few times and they have always fallen through for some reason or another.
It is an incredibly beautiful and inspiring place.  I can't believe such a treasure is tucked away in the woods of a small Arkansas town, like Bentonville.

My mom and I specifically came to see the Norman Rockwell exhibit.  Norman Rockwell will forever remind us of my Papaw.  Rockwell was his favorite artist.  My Nana and Papaw had NR illustrated plates all around their house, nestled on shelves and hung above cabinets.

It was truly wonderful to see the work of one of the greatest American artists in person.  Whether humorous or serious, his paintings are full of life and entertainment.
   If you are in the NWA area, I highly suggest going to see this exhibit.  It ends May 27th.

This is one of those dresses I was so glad I bought.  I love it because have worn it to special events and to impromptu outings, like this one.  It is easily dressed up or down.  That's what is so great about a good maxi dress.  They are completly effortless, but still look so chic.

Happy Thursday!

Saturday was a perfect day.  70 degrees, sun shining, and tons of love from friends and family.  I could not have asked for a better graduation.

When I saw this dress, I knew right away it was what I wanted to wear for the ceremony.
Classic, white shift with a peplum...exactly what I had in mind.  I will definitely be able to wear in at my new job as well. {bonus.}  Such a shame it was covered up part of the time by a big black gown.;)

Another special thanks to all who made my college years so wonderful...and
here's to the next chapter!

This past weekend was so special.  I graduated from the University of Arkansas and celebrated with friends and family.  I am so thankful for all of the love, support, and thoughtful gifts.  My graduation was not until 6:30 p.m. Saturday, so I was able to spend the morning and afternoon with two of my very best friends who came in town.  We enjoyed pizza, mimosas, and so many laughs.   All in separate cities, we were all in desperate need for each others company.
